Poor communications. Get interview invite last minute and they fail to respond to my concerns. Had major surgery around the time of the interview and they refused to move it back more than a few days. There was also a 1h test which I wasn't told about until I asked. Was in pain throughout the interview bc recent surgery and got rejected. Big building but reception was empty and had to call multiple times to get in, despite being told someone would be there to let met in. Also I felt like it was unfair that they expected us to know so much about their partner org when it did not feature as part of the original job description.
