Their hiring process makes no sense. They take 2 weeks to read your resume. 2 more weeks to set up multiple interviews, you also have to take a personality test. Very long and drawn out process. They rather ask personality questions during the interview rather than how your experience would contribute to the company. People have already found better jobs waiting a long time for a reply from them, or they don’t even tell you that you didn’t get the job. Or you have to reach out yourself and ask for updates.

Interview process was well organized and thorough. Asked a lot of questions regarding self-awareness and team work. Had a group of peers that I would be working with that I was able to ask questions of.
