Interview
Telephone interview and on site assessment. It took 5 days from the start of the process to get an offer and the process was smooth and they kept me well informed
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Resourcing Life Science (London, England)
Interview
A few stages.
A conversation with the owner, a test (they laugh at your results behind the scenes btw), a visit to the office, used to be a CV test involved, now I am not sure, practical part where for 4h you do cold calling using their dry scripts, then another chat, loads of questions, most can be found online.

Interview
I was chased by them every day to come over for an interview as they found my cv online. Very pushy. They give you a feeling of desperation to get you on board and once you are there, they do not like if you have personality and if you want more than 20k
