ResourceBank interview questions

A 30 minute chat about skills and experience. I was asked questions about what I look for on a technical CV. I cited one example for a given company only be told that they were looking for someone who was "flexible" with requirements (I guess there is no answer to their question) . Their feedback stated that I had only worked with a few large corporates which is completely untrue. Overall a very strange experience, often the questions were difficult to understand and the feedback bore no resemblance to the interview answers or my CV.
