Interview
Begins with a phone interview then a couple in-person interviews. They aren't looking for specific answers, but that you are reliable and can present yourself professionally. Just make sure you are on time, and follow-up every once and a while.

Question 1
They asked about my leadership qualities and people skills.
I met with four people in their HQ in Needham. All four interviews were very casual and they just focused on getting to know me. All were great people. Then I received a call a week later telling me that I moved on to the second round. This time I met with three people in their New York City office. This was a little more formal. A couple days after I had a phone interview that was much more intense.

Interview
4 individual 30 minute interviews. The process was more about learning about me as an individual, not too technical. I sat in the same room for all of the interview sessions, where you get to meet the division managers for all three different division within the company.
