Interview
Got a screening call from HR. HR’s expectation is for someone to be the owner of a project but would require the person to put up request to IT. No wfh full 5 days office environment.
Not in line with market practices.

Interview
The interview process was smooth at the start, from the initial HR screening call to scheduling the interview. The interview was conducted in person at RWS, and candidates were instructed to take the train from Vivo City. It would have been appreciated if transportation costs were covered, as the trip into RWS incurred additional expenses.
The interview itself lasted about an hour, with both the hiring manager and HR manager asking a fair range of questions. I left the session with a positive impression of the experience.
However, there was no follow-up or update from the HR manager after the interview. Given that candidates are required to travel to Sentosa for an in-person session, the lack of communication afterward felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. A simple update on the outcome would have reflected better respect for candidates’ time and effort.

Interview
Fast and enjoyable. Have a casual chat with interviewer. Asking a few questions like why you want to join. And why this post is open. Role was a new role.
