We use this platform to help us manage the very large volume of applications we receive for some roles and maintain consistency and objectivity across initial interview questions. While HireVue presents candidates with a way of interviewing at a time and place that suits them, we recognise the video element can be daunting. To help, we provide all candidates with instructions on using HireVue and offer tips in the Candidate Guide on the careers section of our website. Candidates can also practise recording themselves in HireVue before submitting their video. HireVue does send an automated email after the interview is complete, however, candidates should also receive a personalised follow-up from their designated Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner within a few days. If this does not happen it means something has gone wrong, and we encourage the candidate to get in touch with their TA Partner to ask for feedback. Finally, we’d like to reassure you that all submitted HireVue videos are watched by both the TA Partner and the hiring manager for the position.
