Interview
It was a 3 steps interview process: an HR talk, a first tech talk online, and a second tech talk in the office. During HR talk there was a company introduction followed by standard questions about my projects, experience, expectations, etc. In the first tech talk I was asked about my current project and to describe it in more detail. After that, I was told that company will reach out to me with feedback within 3-4 days. That never happened, even after sending them reminders. In my opinion, ghosting someone in the middle of the interview process is not only unprofessional, but also rude.

Interview
I interviewed for a Customer Success Manager role at Resilio, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The process dragged on for over 8 weeks, during which multiple interviewers appeared unprepared and unprofessional. Despite that, I was ultimately offered the role.
When I attempted to negotiate the offer, I was met with silence. I eventually accepted the offer via email directly to the hiring manager, but I never received a response. No follow-up, no onboarding info, no acknowledgment — just ghosted entirely.
This level of disorganization, inability to negotiate, and lack of professionalism raises serious concerns about internal communication and company culture. I’d recommend others proceed with caution.

Interview
Initially a pleasant and professional attitude from the recruiter, a simple technical interview, assurance that they will be back soon with feedback and then silence.
A week later I wrote to the recruiter and after a minute she sent me a template message that I am good, but they will not continue with me.
I asked for the promised feedback, as everything was going great at the interview, as I thought. The recruiter promised to come back with feedback from her colleagues and has been ignoring me ever since.
