Phone screen with operations admin, then a very long wait until phone screen with CEO and admin, then a very long wait until Skype call with leadership team (sales, finance, and ops). Extreme ghosting—-never heard any feedback one way or other——and for a COO level job. It’s amateur hour at this place.
