The interview process was well structured and moved forward at a quite healthy pace. It consisted of a first-round get to know you interview with your direct manager, followed by case study, and ultimately a chat with the CEO. The perception I got during the process was that they were genuinely interested in understanding your story and how you can contribute to their mission, while adding to their culture.
