Senior Team Interview: A deeper discussion with senior team members to evaluate skills, problem-solving, and overall fit.
Team Lead (TL) Interview: A one-on-one with the TL to assess technical knowledge, role-specific competencies, and team compatibility.
COO Interview: A final discussion with the COO to understand strategic alignment, company culture fit, and long-term growth potential.
