Mitch is a nice guy. Interview was relaxed and easy. After agreeing to providing an outline, you’ll never hear back from him. He’ll ghost you. Do not recommend this company. They don’t even value candidate input and efforts.

Contacted an hour after I applied via text messages. Interviewed the very next morning with the CMO. They wore very relaxed clothing and I was greeted by a puppy before anyone else. Sounds like a plus, right? NO, interview was more him explaining what I would be doing and asking basic questions like " what made you like marketing?". After the interview I didn't hear back from him at all even with a follow up email. I emailed under a different name and he responded right away so don't waste your time, they are not professional at all.
