The interview process for my internship at Renault consisted of three main stages. It began with a CV check, where my qualifications, experience, and skills were evaluated against the role's requirements. Next, I completed an online assessment, which tested my technical and analytical skills, as well as my problem-solving abilities. Finally, I participated in a face-to-face interview, where I had the opportunity to discuss my background, motivations, and suitability for the position in greater detail. The process was structured to assess both my competencies and alignment with Renault's values and expectations.
