Interview
Laid bad and relaxed. First interview was at a restaurant or public location of the candidates choosing which was mostly getting to know everyone's personality to see how well things blended.
A few days of review followed.
Follow-up interview was on location and consisted of the more technical questions.
From there, it was a few days of review once again. Then a decision was made.

An example of a more technical question would be something along the lines of
"Do you have any experience with serverless functions in AWS? If so, describe how you would help an engineer migrate their function running on a local server over to a serverless function. Feel free to use any method."
