I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Remine
Interview
My interview process was very ad hoc. It started with a "coffee chat" where I met the hiring manager. He liked me enough to pass me along. Second step was a "live pairing" with one of the directors. I actually really enjoyed that. It wasn't white-boarding and it wasn't too steeped in theory. It was just talking through a problem.
From there, we got to an offer and I started the following week. All told, took me 5 days from start to acceptance.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Remine (Washington, DC) in Sep 2019
Interview
I had an interview with a Remine recuiter, followed by a phone screen with a lead developer. The recruiter screen went well. The developer, however, wasn't prepared and didn't seem particularly engaged during our conversation. He was also blunt about the fact that long hours are expected. I appreciate bluntness, but I don't think others would be okay with that. I would approach that point much more tactfully in the future.
I walked away from our conversation not at all interested in going further down the interview pipeline, even if I was accepted for next steps.
