I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reltio
Interview
I had the interview with someone in hr, that was a general intro call and went well.
Then I had an interview with a lead or manager. I have many years of deep distributed and multi-threaded experience and I answered most of the questions well, maybe one extra question was missed.
But that was not good enough for the interviewer.
I intimately know the system and work this company is doing as I work for the biggest companies which are their direct competitors, they would have scored big time by hiring me but nope, I was not good enough for them.
After that for several weeks no reply and email. I emailed inquiring after a few weeks and they said I am not good enough.

I applied online. I interviewed at Reltio (Bengaluru) in Jun 2026
Interview
I gave all the rounds of interviews and those went really well . After VP round, they ghosted me. I tried to reach the HR , he even didn’t pick the call and after two weeks when i called again, I got to know that I didn’t get selected even though all rounds went well because they compared few candidates after all rounds. Giving 3 4 rounds of interviews are also hectic job for candidates, please respect their time as well. At least they should send some rejection emails instead of ghosting.

Question 1
They ask questions mostly based on your work experience. The interviewers were nice and it will be more like a technical discussion.
Good but didn’t ask dsa , asked me projects in resume. He was bit confused with the interview software they were using, got me switched to google meet where he started and asked one dsa question that is valid parentheses.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reltio (Bengaluru) in Jul 2025
Interview
It was an on-campus drive. I cleared the first round where the interviewer asked me a LeetCode Hard vertical traversal coding question along with some theory-based questions related to Networking, DBMS, and Operating Systems. In the second round, I struggled to provide the complete written code, which led to my rejection.
