I went through three interview stages, w/the final one being a 4-hour long meeting in which you create and present a PowerPoint to select department members. To anyone who goes through to the final interview, should you be rejected, do not expect a call or personalized email. Matter of fact, had I not asked, I'm not even sure they would've sent me the auto-rejection response. Also, at the beginning of the final interview, one of their employees inquired about my interest in talent acquisition strategy for reaching diversity and inclusion employees, which was an abrupt, random notion that did at one point prompt me to wonder if I was being interviewed because I was a minority. At any rate, I would not apply here again.
