The interview was professional, pleasant, and informative. The interviewer described the position clearly asked questions that were relevant to the position and my work experience. The position I interviewed for sounded like an exciting and challenging position. I chose not to pursue employment with the organization because they were rigid with their work/ life balance policy. I have many extracurricular volunteer work that I am engaged in and the organization was not willing to be flexible with my schedule.
