The interview process was easy. There was a panel of 4 people. They asked questions to find out who I was as a person. How my previous experience related to the position I applied for, etc. They gave me a tour of the shop and explained their process of manufacturing. Ended thanking them for their time and wished to see them again.

The interview began with a tour of the shop. I then met in the conference room with other higher ups, they asked about about my previous work experience, and also some more personal questions like hobbies and interests.

I went through a three interview process. My first interview was informal but the second and third had a room full of people. Be prepared for personal questions and then alot of "example" questions.
