After applying, a recruiter will reach out to conduct an initial phone interview to assess your qualifications. If successful, you will then be forwarded to the specific branch you applied for, where the branch team will conduct a further interview and make the final hiring decision
A couple assessments then a phone interview followed by a hiring manager interview (in person). It lasted about an hour, very casual and friendly. It was with the branch manager and assistant team lead.
