Interview with branch manager and area manager. Only two interviews (plus phone screen), which in this day and time was good. First interview was about thirty minuets but the interview with the area manager was one to one and half hours.

They tell you in the interview "we dont hire managers outsourced, we only promote within". They have several assisant manager positions posted this specific one posted for over 30 days and they wont hire anyone. Its a waste of time.
very straight forward and easy process, the recruiter scheduled a date to come in person interview to be interviewed with branch manager and was very laid back and had not problem with it at all.
