Went through five rounds of interviews with constant scheduling changes, including a final one after hours. The hiring manager texted repeatedly but couldn’t get scheduling right, changing times and calendar invites multiple times. After all that, I was ghosted. I placed multiple requests for feedback from the hiring manager and HR that went unanswered. Only got a generic rejection email with no acknowledgment of my time invested. Candidates beware: poor communication and lack of respect for your time.

Set up through a recruiter. Had to take a personality test to make it to the round with the hiring manager. Hiring manager went through my personality results, seemed most focused on that rather than my experience.

1 personality test + 1 phone interview + 2 f2f = job offer. Panel of judges. CEO, VP of Sales and Regional Manager. If you have medical sales experience a plus, if you served in the military another plus.
