Interview
Interview is good, standard enough questions once you are prepared.
Lab part where you have to work with someone and right down every detail by hand is a little unnecessary in my opinion.

They ask about your own work experience, education etc, before then going on to what you can tell them about Regeneron and what you know about the job that your interviewing for.

Phone interview first.
Followed up with 2 Skype interviews.
I felt ambushed in the skype interviews interview, I had originally applied for a technical support role but instead they interviewed me for the BPS position. I did explain that I knew little about Bio-pharma but that didn't seem to matter as they just went through the motions. I didn't get the job after, but since learnt that there is some form of "cheat sheet" with a list of questions floating about to employees of previous companies.

Question 1
Phone Interview was really a screening. Just few questions about yourself, why you want to work for X, where do you see yourself in 5 years etc
First Skype interview was with a manager and HR personnel.
As interviewers go they were good, seemed very professional and interested.
Second interview was with a production trainer or operator? I'm not sure She didn't explain her role too well and didn't go on Skype either, made some excuse about why she couldn't. She was paired with another Hr member who was very good also.
