Interview
It's called "interview" but only you got "viewed." First round of selection is conducted in Modern Hire where you will write responses and record several videos following instructions. You only have 72 hours to complete after receiving the "interview" invite and 3 hours of finishing it. Those video recordings are limited to 1 min, which is very hard to time and by no means resemble actual interview process. After that you are left in the wilderness with no one to follow up after.

got to meet everyone across the entire company as part of a series of rapid interview. The head of departments are really passionate and genuinely curious about your interests
It was a three step interview process the first of which was a video interview and the it went into an in person interview. Overall it was pretty easy and the questions were no that bad
