Interview
Lab tour first, then interview in a small room with HR representative and Manager. The tour before the interview was an ice breaker. Very impressive on the outside but one thing I found it odd is that they asked for ones current salary but after answering it, they refused to disclose their salary range for the role, which I thought they were hiding something.
The interview process had a total of three seperate interviews. A phone interview with a recruiter to check what experience you had.
Then two interviews with different members of QC department which focused on your experience and technical knowledge.

Interview
Phone interview with Human Resources, then phone interview with hiring manager and team. Interview with Human Resources was quick and went over general questions. Interview with hiring manager and team was in depth and they asked technical questions.
