      Accounts Receivable Specialist Interview

      Jun 9, 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Regency Enterprises

      Interview

Heard about Regency through my school's career services. Decided to apply and sent my resume and cover letter to HR. HR contacted me a few days later to set up a phone interview where my resume was reviewed and basic questions about my interests were asked. After the initial screening, I was to complete Outlook and Excel assessments that were sent to me along with a couple of background checks. Each one of the assessments took about 30 minutes each to take. A second interview was set up for the following week and a third a little over a week later. Both the second and third interviews had two department managers present and HR. Overall, the interview process was not difficult. Throughout the process, HR was not on top of things. My last two interviews were rescheduled with very short notice and I was not contacted about the final decision as I was told even after several follow-ups. I decided to move on from this position because the process took way too long.
