Interview
The GM who hired me was a real sweetheart. He was very kind and just asked generic questions like, "why do you want to work at a movie theater," "what would you consider your weakness," "whats your favorite movie." He offered me the job directly after the interview. He prefaced it by saying that though he was hiring me as a temp for the holidays, I pretty much had a permanent position after the holidays as well, if I just resubmit a cover letter.

pretty smooth, they ask you basic questions on how i would do things in a fast-paced environment and how it makes me feel when helping a customer and how i would give them good service
It was a good interview process and I appreciated the managers approach to the interview. I enjoyed the tour of the facilities. I enjoyed working there, and liked the people that I worked with. Everyone was really nice.

Interview
Scheduled the interview over the phone for a couple days out. Came in, got taken to the back for about 15 minutes, and told they'd call mr back in the next couple days.
