Interview
Applied Online, got a call about a week later about a job fair and then an email asking for me to attend an interview. Fairly quick process, interviewed for a brand new movie theater so alot of people were being interviewed right next to me and waiting to be interviewed next to me so that was a little uncomfortable.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.

Went it and was asked if I could handle stress and thousands of people coming in . The way we dress and pericing and how work is handlers with day and night shift
