I interviewed at Reeves (Newcastle upon Tyne, England)
Interview
Simple and quick gave me good details of the job and were very friendly. Started with questions about my experience and how I can utilise my skills from my previous job. Second interview was a tour of the office
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reeves (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview was unorganised, didn't start on time and then overran unnecessarily. The people interviewing seemed nice enough but the company as a whole and their expectations of employees were not shed in the best light.

Question 1
There is a requirement to be on site 100% of the time and work long hours, how do you feel about this.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reeves (Newcastle upon Tyne, England)
Interview
Mixed views but main points as follows;
* Confusion with role applied for and the job available with different job titles given client relationship manager/triage?
* four steps - online test, zoom interview, face-to-face interview, decision received
* I had an invite to the zoom so skipped step 1 and nobody ever questioned this
* Zoom interview with 2 people - very friendly and questions to tell them a bit about yourself - but mostly this time is spent telling you about the company and the role.
* Invite via email received the next morning so no long waiting which is great
* Face-to-face interview. Warning to people who cld be concerned about this but I saw no covid measures at all and one shook my hand (I felt it would be a bad start to object at the beginning of an interview). Again this was mostly based on them telling you about the company rather than hearing about you so it's quite relaxed. This is followed by a quick tour of the office and a brief intro to alot of the current staff.
* The decision was sent via e-mail and when I asked for constructive feedback I was told that they'd had other candidates through the process with more closely aligned qualifications and experience. I love that I got a reply but couldn't use this to help me at all as they knew about my qualifications and experience prior to the telephone interview so something more constructive would have been welcomed) as painful as that may have been.
I got the impression it was more a meeting to read your personality.
Final note...most people in the office looked fairly young with the odd exception.

Not much really - just general questions about your work experience etc...
could of things worth noting - what do you know about the company and why do you want to work for them.
