Phone call then in person. Then once you are in the interviews just happen on your normal hours for promotions. I talked to supervisors and Plant Manager/VP for promotion. President interviews everyone that will manage people.

Interview
Was good. It allowed me to get a job quickly and move up. Enjoyed the people that worked there. They were friendly and everyone was nice. Felt like home and wanted to remain there.
