Ree Technology Technical Program Manager interview questions

I had first two rather qualitative interviews where we discussed the company and role, and touched on more classical interview topics, such as CV, background, motivation, cultural fit etc. Afterwards, I received a case study / task which I prepared on my own and then presented & discussed the results, ideas and outlook in an interview with multiple senior members of the company.
