The interview process consisted of four rounds: HR, the hiring manager, a technical interview, and a panel interview. Overall, it was an enjoyable and engaging experience. Redis is a technical product; hence, they expect a certain level of technical knowledge. A couple of hours of reading and videos is sufficient.
