Interview
Customer service is entry level here and at most gun industry firms. It is a good old boys network, so don't get you hopes too high. Present yourself casually and with a decent knowledge of firearms. Also expect to demonstrate a good mechanical knowledge. Reading caliper micrometers doesn't hurt. The owner Does Not like toolmakers or certified machinists. You must get past the exec vp, a bit of a know it all, so don't BS.
