Apply Online. It was a new location so I got lucky enough to get considered for a severing position even with no previous serving experience. Got a call to come in for a interview. Was first interviewed by a service manager then the general manager. Told me on the spot whether or not I got the job. Which I did get the job.
Normal questions, manager was fine, lacked empathy, but seemed pleasant enough. Booth was pretty worn that I sat in. Questions seemed standard, however the interview felt rushed as if they had another person already that they had in mind.

The interview was very quick, and I was hired on the spot. I was interviewed by the floor manager and the general manager on the same day. It was laid back.

Asked how long I have been a server and asked me about myself and why I enjoy working in the hospitality industry. Then did a walk through of the whole restaurant and introduced me to some of the other servers.
