We operate a 3 stage interview process to ensure that candidates get a full insight into the role and expectations, as well as allowing us to full assess them to make sure we hire the right people. We are very surprised to hear about your experience on the second interview. The second stage is an observation day where candidates shadow one of our representatives for the day, getting to see them speak to customers, inform them about our clients products and services and complete acquisitions. This is also designed to allow us to test candidates work ethic, attitude and student mentality. We apologize that you didn't have the proper experience and get a real insight into the role.
