The entire interview process was lightning-quick; they know what they're looking for, they know when they've found it, and they know how to close.
The in person interview was a fluid mixture of professional and relaxed questions and lasted roughly 90 minutes. I was asked about a wide range of topics including work history, skill development, and educational background to more conversational questions regarding my likes, dislikes, hobbies, etc.
I was expecting the standard call and response type of interview but what I got was a far more engaging conversation from a lively and energetic company. The atmosphere throughout the interview made it clear that the employees work hard while also thoroughly enjoying what they do -- no small feat for any company to pull off.
While I haven't yet started working at Red Caffeine, I am already more than comfotable reccommending them to anyone and am proud to count myself as one of their evangelists.
