Interview
Three steps
1- Perosnal video- you will have a hireview present you with questions and you will have about 1 min to answer
2- Phone call with manager- schedule a phone interview with manager and simple questions
3- face to face interview- this can be on zoom or in person
Started with a AI screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with her manager. Overall great experience, definitely stress the values and come in with strategies of how you'll do the growth job specifically for your campus needs
Very abstract, there were quick fire video interview questions after the initial application which were ok. Then in the actual interview I was taken to a busy area with wasn't the most professional and it was a 1v1 situation competing against someone else for the job. They ask you to sell a can of red bull and explain their history. Free rebel at the end of the interview though.
