very focus on sports background - it was more of a conversation with some questions about the CV and personal experiences. They cared a lot about having sporting background: being an athlete or being very involved with sports.

Sending the CV through the online platform, then you have to do a personality test, which takes around 30 minutes. Then you do a online video interview, answering three questions, with only a few minutes to prepare.

So far, the interview process has been organized, efficient, and not too difficult
The firs interview consist in a digital interview, that you make all by yourself through a specific app/website. You record yourself answering to the few questions they ask you contextually
