Interview
Went through a very long application process online. Heard back though an email that I had passed the application. Within a few days I received a phone call, very casual setting up a date and time we could meet for an in-person interview. In-person interview was very casual, ran through my entire resume and past experiences to see if I was the perfect fit for the brand. Hiring and Application process took about 4 months. Very slow communication process.

Can you tell me about a time where you demonstrated leadership qualities?
Very intensive with several rounds of tasks and interviews, personality test about 100 questions then interviews with your direct manager and regional manager. Not necessarily difficult, just a long process.

Interview
The interview process included two separate interviews with two different people. The interviews were mostly comprised of questions that would get to know how social and friendly you are as well as how you approach stressful situations. Being good at networking is key for this role and hiring managers make sure they are getting the right fit. A good first impression is also important. You will be out representing the brand everywhere you go. I got hired and it was probably the best job I've ever had to this day!
