Interview
An internal Red Bull recruiter contacts you if you meet qualifications, discuss the role a little bit, then they set up an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. If that goes well, the hiring manager will be in touch with the same recruiter to set up an in-person interview with the Brand Marketing Manager and the Senior Brand Marketing Manager. Typically one week before they fly you out to interview you, they will give you a case study about that market that you have to present to them. Final interview was with the Consumer Collecting Manager (CCM) or General Manager via phone.

Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. I had to submit an online application and was then contacted by HR to move forward to the in person interviews. I had 2 in person interviews with various levels of management and a final phone interview. During the process I had to complete a present a case study.
