Multiple steps. First you apply, then take a test, and then a video interview. Sent in a resume, got an email back in a few days, took an online overall/personality assessment that took under an hour to complete, waited a week, and then a self filmed video interview.

Question 1
Focus is on creativity and adaptability. They do a personality test first and then it goes from there. The personality test is great and quite accurate. They provide you with a pdf file of it afterwards.
