      I interviewed at Red Baron

      Interview

First, was a clear sense of what the opening was, since I was not from the same domain, this was helpful is understanding if I was a fit or not. The first 2 detailed rounds with the team lead and management were helpful in understanding the role, the expectations and more importantly the day to day role Second, was no questions were given vague answers, or dismissed. I got a pretty good sense of the place, people and role. It was transparent in the sense that in previous interviews I had spoken to just 1 or 2 people, here I was able to speak to 5/6 people across the company so I could tie the feedback together. This helped a lot in shaping my answer Third was the offer letter! 20% more than industry with benefits that I haven’t got in the last 2 organizations, full medical, yearly appraisals and more!
