They split the job into two lower paying jobs with only hours notice. Dreadful!! This sort of fundamental change to terms and conditions surely requires written notice well in advance - Not a phone call on the day of the scheduled meeting!

Question 1
On day of interview - got a phone call saying they were splitting the job into two and halving the salary. I'd already made the journey of 140 miles and was sitting outside. They offered me the chance of an interview for a job paying around half the original sum!
