      Interview

I’ve just had the weirdest experience with a recruitment process. You’d think a company focused on talent attraction would have the candidate experience down to a science, right? Well, not quite! After one initial chat, I was met with total silence. Watching my follow-up messages get "read" and then ignored was definitely a first. It’s a bit of a bummer, but honestly? I’m happy I’m not joining a culture where that’s considered okay. I mostly just feel bad for their clients, if this is the "attraction" phase, I can’t imagine what the rest of the partnership looks like.
