RecruitPlus Consulting interview questions

The interview process was rather informal and relaxed, conducted in a one-on-one setting with the various managers. The interview was really more about ensuring that you know what you're getting yourself into and that you're mentally ready to work hard towards job expectations and challenges, such as meeting the sales target and being able to face rejection. They are also looking out for your personality and skills in communication and discernment of intentions of jobseekers. The interviewers were gracious in answering all my questions even as I asked about their personal experiences.

Sat me down and asked me to fill up the standard forms. However, interviewer was unprofessional. After finishing up all the forms, I notified the interviewer that I'm done. He didn't reply me and left me sitting there for more than 30 mins. I tried to request for him through his other colleagues but he didn't show up nor reply me in any way. When I found him, he was doing his own sales call and emails and whatnot. Extremely rude and unprofessional impression given.
