I got invited to the online test. The platform shows scores after submitting . I got full marks on all three questions but recieved rejection letter a few days later. If there are some other requirements I don't fullfill, why invite me to do the online test? Ironically, they even send me an email informing I've proceeded to the next stage, then turns out it was an error. The messy management gives me really bad experience.

Not recommend this company. The worst experience. It's a small company, but it's interview is more than MasterCard's. And they think they are better than the big companies. Applied on Linkedin and got set up the online programming test - 5 questions, from easy to hard. But the test website is so bad. No test examples. No answer for almost one month, then they tell you go to the next step. After the online test, it's a phone interview. Ask your background. This phone interview should put it in the first round. Not professional. Then it's three rounds interview:group assessment, tech interview, interview. Wasted a whole afternoon. The interviewer looks very serious, some of them do not want to talk with you, fell boring. Finally no emails communication, no feedback or follow ups which is very, very unprofessional. Waste of time.
