Reached out to one of the co-founders and got an immediate reply which was great, and an interview same week. Told me at the end that next steps would be to meet the other co-founder. Despite thanking him via email and asking about time-line, he went silent, not setting expectations for my search, or replying to my follow-up emails, nor thanking me for my time. I realize they are incredibly busy, but not replying with one fast sentence, makes me not feel like this is a good culture for my work needs.
