, overall quite straightforward and quick. Although other than the interview there were FGD process and online assesment in the beginning.

Interview
The application process took a long time which kinda shows that their HR is very disorganised or overwhelmed. After apt test, completed an HR phone interview, then a group discussion with presentation and Q&A.

HR in: standard questions, why Reckitt, why FMCG, competency questions.
Group in: case interview about one of their brands and how to improve the performance. Many follow-up questions on the details of the plan.
Applied online and received a phone interview shortly after - around 10-15 minutes long.
No online assessment tests required.
Assessment Center followed that round, but didn't make it past that stage.
