1st stage teams interview
Very informal discussion, I expected a 20 minute prescreening as this was how it was set up with the agency however it was over an hour long, and the hiring managers brought in other team members also to talk about their success.
2nd stage in person interview
Another informal discussion, I felt with a lack of questions to determine skill and experience. Again bringing in 2 team members to discuss their experience with the company. I was also shown their CRM portal, and shown the process for the role.
I felt there was a lack of focus on me and a lack of opportunity to discuss my relevant experience and skills.
The feedback given was “you didn’t have the right vibe” which I felt was a cop-out and my experience was not taken into consideration.
