      Interview

I was wise enough to stop waiting for results and move on to another job. It's not worth the emotional drain or frustration to stick with a company that treats potential employees with such disregard. The main woman conducting recruitment is someone who can't provide any information about when the results will be announced. After almost four (sic!) months of this recruitment process, I gave up waiting and found another job. I lost time and energy because the task was really long and difficult. They just don't care. When another deadline for the results passed, I asked for ANY information—was I supposed to wait another week or another month? Ghosting is their answer to everything. I went through a really frustrating and disrespectful recruitment process. Four months is an unreasonable amount of time to leave a candidate hanging, especially without clear communication. The lack of transparency and poor communication reflects very poorly on the company and its recruitment team. In recruitment, how candidates are treated is often a reflection of the company culture. If they can't handle a process as fundamental as hiring with respect and professionalism, it's reasonable to wonder if employees within the company face similar disorganization or disregard. Ghosting candidates, especially after setting deadlines, shows a lack of basic professionalism. PS. Also, they never said sorry, so that's just their standards...
